Bronx House is seeking a reliable and versatile Porter/Driver to help maintain facility operations and support program needs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Handle basic maintenance tasks.
Monitor building systems and report issues promptly. Perform minor repairs as directed.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, tools, and maintenance materials.
Assist with receiving and organizing deliveries.
Ensure proper setup and breakdown for programs, classes, and community events.
Support emergency procedures (fire drills, evacuations, incident response).
Keep outdoor areas clean and safe.
Transport senior and afterschool members safely to and from destinations.
Provide flexible coverage, including early, late, weekday, and weekend shifts.
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

High School or GED diploma required.
Must be able to read, speak and write in English.
Must have a clean CDL with P and S endorsement or be able to obtain one in 1st 3 months of employment.

Location: Bronx House.
